Privacy policy

LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED: This draft must be reviewed by a qualified Florida dealership attorney before publication. It has not been verified as legally compliant.

This policy describes how EVERYTHINGMOTORSPORTS, LLC d/b/a EVERYTHINGMOTORSPORTS ("we") handles information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, sell/trade request or consignment request, we collect the details you enter: name, email address, optional phone number, your message, and — if you provide them — vehicle details such as year, make, model, mileage and VIN. We also record the submission type, time and follow-up status. If your inquiry concerns a specific listing, we record which listing and the advertised-price and dealer-fee disclosure shown with the inquiry.

Sell/trade and consignment forms also accept optional vehicle photos, up to 20 files of 15 MB each. Uploaded files may contain embedded information, such as location or camera details; the website does not remove that information before upload. Avoid including identity documents, financial information, people or other sensitive details in your message or photos.

Account creation and staff sign-in process an email address and password through our authentication provider; passwords are not shown in the inquiry dashboard. Sign-in session data is stored in the browser for signed-in accounts. The site also stores your showroom music on/off preference in your browser, including when you are not signed in.

No advertising trackers are configured in the website code. Our hosting providers may process technical data, such as IP address, browser type, request times and error reports, for security and operation.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, evaluate vehicles and photos you offer to sell, trade or consign, schedule appointments, and keep a record of our communications.

Inquiry records and submitted photos are not displayed in public inventory. Authorized staff can view them in the management dashboard. Customer photos are stored separately from public vehicle photos and are opened using temporary access links that expire after one hour. Anyone given one of those links may be able to view the photo until it expires; link expiry does not delete the stored file.

Service providers

Lovable Cloud and its underlying hosting, database, file-storage and authentication providers process website data on our behalf. Lovable Assets, using Cloudflare-hosted delivery, serves the showroom image and soundtrack. Google Fonts supplies website fonts, so your browser contacts Google when loading them. Emails you choose to send to our listed Gmail address and calls you choose to make use your own email or phone provider and the receiving provider. Submitting a website form saves an inquiry in Lovable Cloud rather than sending an email.

Vehicle videos, when provided, open on external websites rather than being hosted here. Those websites have their own privacy practices. The current financing button only displays contact information; it does not collect credit applications or send your information to a lender. No CRM integration or automatic inquiry email alert is currently configured.

LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED: Confirm the dealership's offline handling and sharing of inquiries, and the providers' applicable retention, backup and data-processing terms. The website review cannot verify practices outside this site.

Retention

We retain inquiry records and submitted photos for our business records. The website currently has no fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule for these records or photos. Marking an inquiry "closed" does not delete its details or photos. Files uploaded before a failed or abandoned submission may also remain stored. Deletion requests require manual review and handling; deleting a record does not automatically delete its separate photo files.

Florida law requires applicable dealer purchase, sale, exchange and receipt-for-sale records to be kept for five years under section 320.27(6), Florida Statutes. This does not set a five-year deletion schedule for every website inquiry or photo. Legal recordkeeping obligations may limit a deletion request.

LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED: Adopt a retention and manual deletion process for inquiries, associated and unattached photos, and applicable provider backups. The current dashboard has no inquiry or customer-photo deletion control; confirm how authorized staff will handle requests and preserve required transaction records.
