Vehicle descriptions, photos, specifications, mileage and prices are provided for information and may contain errors. Inventory, pricing and availability can change at any time without notice. Listings marked "DEMO — NOT FOR SALE" are samples only and are not available for purchase.

These website terms do not override applicable advertising or disclosure requirements. Under section 501.976(16), Florida Statutes, advertised vehicle prices must include mandatory customer-paid fees and charges, subject to the statutory exceptions for government taxes and tag, registration and title fees. Any price correction or change must comply with applicable law.

Advertised prices for vehicles offered for sale include a $795 documentation fee and mandatory preparation of $995 for exotic/luxury vehicles and motorcycles ($1,790 total), or $1,495 for specialty/collector vehicles ($2,290 total). Race and competition vehicle prices include the $795 documentation fee only; preparation is optional, available upon customer request, and custom quoted and approved before work begins. Included mandatory fees are not added again. Government taxes and tag, registration and title fees are additional. No preparation charges are applied to historical sold listings unless a new transaction requires separately agreed terms.

This charge represents costs and profit to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles, and preparing documents related to the sale.

LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED: The owner confirms the supplied schedule contains all mandatory dealer charges, and the website includes them in advertised prices. Actual quotes and sale documents still need verification for matching fee-inclusive totals, optional-service approvals, pricing conditions, and the disclosure required by section 501.976(18) on each document containing a predelivery-service line item. A website disclosure does not replace that document-level requirement.

Submissions are not agreements

Submitting a form, email or message through this website does not create a purchase, sale, trade or consignment agreement and does not reserve a vehicle. Any purchase, sale, trade or consignment is subject only to separately agreed written terms signed by both parties.

Used vehicles

Vehicles offered are used unless stated otherwise in writing. Buyers are encouraged to inspect each vehicle and obtain an independent inspection before purchase. Any warranty terms, if offered, will be stated only in the written sale documents.

Covered used vehicles require the applicable FTC Buyers Guide and transaction-specific warranty disclosures. A general website statement does not replace those documents or determine whether a particular vehicle is sold with a warranty.

LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED: Confirm Buyers Guide coverage and the dealership's actual display and delivery process, including covered online sales and consignment vehicles. Motorcycle and competition-vehicle treatment must be checked against the rule's vehicle definition, not assumed from an inventory category.

Specialty, competition-only and non-street-legal vehicles

Some vehicles, such as race cars and track-only machines, may be intended for competition or off-road use only and may not be titled, registered, emissions-compliant or legal for use on public roads. Unless written documentation states otherwise, do not assume any such vehicle can be registered or driven on public roads. Title documents, title brands and lawful-use eligibility are vehicle-specific; a "competition-only" or "off-road" description does not itself establish a titling exemption. Buyers should verify requirements in their jurisdiction; this does not relieve the dealership of its own disclosure or documentation obligations.

LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED: Confirm each vehicle's ownership/title documents, applicable brands and liens, and road-use eligibility. Determine whether Florida motor-vehicle or off-highway titling requirements apply; do not assume a bill of sale or race-car label alone resolves them.
